Jim Nerschook
Chief Executive Officer, Oversight24
Jim is a proven executive with a record of accomplishment successfully leading both public and private high-technology organizations. His in-depth experience in developing strategic plans, developing hardware and SaaS solution organizations, leading organizational change, and achieving double-digit growth has led to market share leadership for a number of industries ranging from wireline and wireless telecommunication products to IoT-based enterprise products. Current and past senior-level executive positions include thinkRF, PAR Technology, Viavi Solutions, JDSU, GN NetTest, IFRS Systems, and Photon Kinetics. Jim also has a wide range of International experience in General Management and M&A experience with companies located in Canada, Korea, France, Germany, and North America. As CEO of Oversight24, Jim is developing customer-focused solutions for the optimization of next-generation 5G and 6G networks.

Payam Maveddat
Payam Maveddat is an experienced technology and business executive with a proven track record of driving strategic growth, partnerships, and transformational change across the telecommunications and connectivity industries. In his role as Advisor at Oversight24, Payam brings deep domain expertise in product strategy, business development, and ecosystem expansion to help guide the company’s vision for next-generation network solutions and partner engagement.
Currently, Payam serves as General Manager & Vice President – Enterprise Solutions at Wilson Connectivity, where he leads enterprise business strategy and operations for comprehensive inbuilding wireless coverage solutions. In this capacity he focuses on aligning technology innovation with customer needs, fostering strategic partner relationships, and driving sustained revenue growth in competitive markets.
Payam began his career in engineering and semiconductor design at AT&T Bell Labs before progressing through systems design, product management, and marketing leadership roles across major telecommunications technology companies, including Mavenir, VIAVI Solutions, Oracle, and Infovista. His work has encompassed transforming legacy product portfolios to cloud-native platforms, shifting business models to SaaS, and building successful partner ecosystems to expand market reach and accelerate revenue.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and is named on more than a dozen U.S. patents with additional patents pending, along with numerous technical and industry publications.
Don O'Connor
Don spent 41 years in the telecom industry with successful experience in sales, general management, business development, marketing, customer support, and telecom operations. He began his career in the highly selective management development program at NYNEX. He spent 14 years there holding various leadership roles in operations, before moving to San Diego and joining Applied Digital Access as Vice President of Customer Support. Over the next 27 years through multiple mergers and acquisitions he held various executive positions in general management and sales.
In his sales role he was responsible for all major service providers in North America, including Verizon, AT&T, Comcast, and T-Mobile. His final role at Viavi was a Global role developing new customers worldwide in the emerging 5G market.
Don holds a Bachlor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Pace University. He currently resides in Southport, N.C., with his wife Jennifer.
Pralhad Katti
President of Linkquest Technologies Limited
Pralhad brings more than 25 years of experience to the Oversight24 Advisory Board. His expertise in promoting and developing innovative wireless solutions can help customers solve the most complex challenges. With an extensive geographic knowledge in areas like India, SAPAC, MEA, Turkey, and the United States combined with his functional areas of expertise in RAN (2G to 5G), IoT, Smart City, Data Centre Plan and Build, Aramis and Mini Grid, Pralhad is a valuable partner to Oversight24.
Raúl Ciudad de la Cruz
An entrepreneur in IT and Telecommunications since 1979, Raul has 45 years of industry experience. In 1996 he sold his company to a Canadian group (Newbridge networks) then to a French group (Alcatel) in 2002 and to an English group (Logicalis) in 2008.
Raul has held the following positions:
- Co-owner, President, and CEO of Wesley Clover Services South America in partnership with Terry Matthews from Canada.
- Co-Owner and Chairman of Kimun Biotech R&D in biotechnology Sciences.
- Co-Owner and President of Deeplanding, a company working in AI development.
- Co-Owner and Chairman at Temporis, a company producing OE software for industrial plants.
- Member of the Board of the IT Association in Chile (ACTI) and former Chairman at ACTI.
- Former member of the Council at SOFOFA (Sociedad de Fomento Fabril), the main industrial association of Chile.
- Board member in Innovations Centers at the University of Chile and Catholic University of Chile.
