Jim Nerschook
Chief Executive Officer, Oversight24
Jim is a proven executive with a record of accomplishment successfully leading both public and private high-technology organizations. His in-depth experience in developing strategic plans, developing hardware and SaaS solution organizations, leading organizational change, and achieving double-digit growth has led to market share leadership for a number of industries ranging from wireline and wireless telecommunication products to IoT-based enterprise products. Current and past senior-level executive positions include thinkRF, PAR Technology, Viavi Solutions, JDSU, GN NetTest, IFRS Systems, and Photon Kinetics. Jim also has a wide range of International experience in General Management and M&A experience with companies located in Canada, Korea, France, Germany, and North America. As CEO of Oversight24, Jim is developing customer-focused solutions for the optimization of next-generation 5G and 6G networks.
Payam Maveddat
Chief Strategy Officer, Oversight24
Payam started his career at AT&T Bell Labs in semiconductor design and worked his way up to system design and engineering, followed by product management and marketing for complex software solutions for the telecom infrastructure vendors like Mavenir, VIAVI Solutions, Oracle and Infovista where he held executive positions. He successfully transformed legacy development environments to an agile model, while converting the product to a cloud-native solution, as well as commercial models for Software-as-a-Service, along with building successful ecosystems and partnerships for expanding the reach to grow the revenues.
Payam past role was as SVP of Business Development at Infovista where he had responsibility for all outbound strategic partners, including hyperscalers, global systems integrators, and major OEMs in order to expand the market reach and augment their solutions for service assurance and network testing. He holds a Master of Business Administration (UT-Dallas) and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (Georgia Tech), with more than 12 granted US patents and several in the pipeline along with numerous technical and business publications.
Hamilton Oliveria
Boasting over 25 years of professional experience in technology-related businesses within multinational companies, Hamilton brings a wealth of expertise to our dynamic team. His entrepreneurial prowess is evident, having successfully founded two e-commerce companies, Integral Deli and e-lumine, and extending his skills to consultancy services for startups in the same domain. With a knack for developing businesses from concept to operations, Hamilton has proven himself in the entrepreneurial arena.
During his remarkable career, Hamilton spent a substantial portion at Nokia, gaining international exposure in Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico. In various roles such as Team Manager, Pre-sales, and Sales positions, he contributed significantly to the company’s success.
In his most recent role as Sales Director at Infovista, Hamilton took charge of developing business across Latin America. Collaborating with numerous CSPs and local partners, he spearheaded initiatives to deliver top-notch Network Testing, Planning & Optimization, and Services Assurance products. His efforts aimed at enhancing the quality of services and user experiences for end-users, reflecting his commitment to excellence.
Hamilton holds a bachelor’s degree in information technologies from Estacio de Sa University and boasts several certifications in business and leadership management.
A proud Brazilian, Hamilton currently resides in Mexico with his delightful wife and two daughters.
Marijan Kehler
Marijan Kehler brings more than 25 years of experience in sales, business development, operations and engineering from a dynamic international career in the telecom industry. He has held leadership roles in several multinational corporations and has led successful entrepreneurial ventures in Europe, Asia, North and South America. Most recently he has been pursuing business opportunities in Europe and the Americas in areas of CPaaS, fintech, digital transformation and IoT, using his experience with technology, engineering and operations from a long stint at Nokia where he was head of global professional services sales for a global Tier 1 carrier, and from his regional leadership role in LCC International, a Tech Mahindra company and BellSouth International among others. He brings his passion for solving customers’ challenges, for continued learning and improvement while using technology for the greater good. He is proud of his track record of fostering trust-based relationships with customers and teams he works with, leading by influence and consistently meeting and exceeding objectives. Marijan graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, with a degree in Electronics and telecommunications. Marijan will be responsible for expanding our growing business in Europe and North Africa.
Michel Dalla
Graduated in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in International Business Management, Michel has 20 years of experience in the IT, Telecom, and Information Security markets. He contributed to the arrival of several disruptive technologies and services in Brazil and LATAM, including the first Video on Demand service (Videon – BrT), fixed-mobile convergence platforms, and voice over IP solutions. He has worked at companies such as NEC Corporation, F5 Networks Brazil, NSFOCUS, and INFOVISTA.
Advisory Board
Don O'Connor
Don spent 41 years in the telecom industry with successful experience in sales, general management, business development, marketing, customer support, and telecom operations. He began his career in the highly selective management development program at NYNEX. He spent 14 years there holding various leadership roles in operations, before moving to San Diego and joining Applied Digital Access as Vice President of Customer Support. Over the next 27 years through multiple mergers and acquisitions he held various executive positions in general management and sales.
In his sales role he was responsible for all major service providers in North America, including Verizon, AT&T, Comcast, and T-Mobile. His final role at Viavi was a Global role developing new customers worldwide in the emerging 5G market.
Don holds a Bachlor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Pace University. He currently resides in Southport, N.C., with his wife Jennifer.
Pralhad Katti
President of Linkquest Technologies Limited
Pralhad brings more than 25 years of experience to the Oversight24 Advisory Board. His expertise in promoting and developing innovative wireless solutions can help customers solve the most complex challenges. With an extensive geographic knowledge in areas like India, SAPAC, MEA, Turkey, and the United States combined with his functional areas of expertise in RAN (2G to 5G), IoT, Smart City, Data Centre Plan and Build, Aramis and Mini Grid, Pralhad is a valuable partner to Oversight24.
Raúl Ciudad de la Cruz
An entrepreneur in IT and Telecommunications since 1979, Raul has 45 years of industry experience. In 1996 he sold his company to a Canadian group (Newbridge networks) then to a French group (Alcatel) in 2002 and to an English group (Logicalis) in 2008.
Raul has held the following positions:
- Co-owner, President, and CEO of Wesley Clover Services South America in partnership with Terry Matthews from Canada.
- Co-Owner and Chairman of Kimun Biotech R&D in biotechnology Sciences.
- Co-Owner and President of Deeplanding, a company working in AI development.
- Co-Owner and Chairman at Temporis, a company producing OE software for industrial plants.
- Member of the Board of the IT Association in Chile (ACTI) and former Chairman at ACTI.
- Former member of the Council at SOFOFA (Sociedad de Fomento Fabril), the main industrial association of Chile.
- Board member in Innovations Centers at the University of Chile and Catholic University of Chile.
